Ever just need some stretching? Feeling tight or limited but not quite finding the time or taking the action to diffuse it? Come to this small group class (8 person max!) Monday mornings!

Simple but individualized stretching with no (or close to no) props so you can take your new information home and continue releasing on off days. This is a great little fun group. Pilates & yoga based work in the simplest, deeply releasing terms.
