I’m offering 6 pay-what-you-wish mat classes to center, get moving and stand as if we were on solid ground.

Expect a tight blend of meditation, breath work, mat Pilates & yoga- a morning routine to carry you through the coming days. This is also a great opportunity if you’ve been wanting to check out the studio but not ready for or planning on committing to private sessions!
